某大容量同步调相机振动问题分析与治理 被引量:2

Vibration Analysis and Treatment of a Large Capacity Synchronous Condenser

摘要 在某换流站#2调相机升降转速振动监测过程中,2X瓦振值最高达到12.5 mm/s,超过跳机值11.8 mm/s。通过波德图及级联图分析是转子两截面惯性矩差引发的调相机副临界振动现象,并对调相机励端应急油箱进行独立支撑改造。结果显示,2X瓦振值降幅约37%,2Y瓦振值降幅约15%。因此,该方案能够有效削弱由轴承座传递给应急油箱的振动能量,减弱励端支撑系统的整体振动响应。 During vibration monitoring of driving and running down of a domestic synchronous condenser,the vibration rate of 2X is up to 12.5 mm/s,exceeded the trip value 11.8 mm/s.According to bode diagram and cascade diagram,the phenomenon of sub critical vibration of condenser caused by moment of inertia difference of two sections of rotor is analyzed,and the independent support transformation of emergency oil tank at excitation end of condenser is carried out.The results show that the vibration value of 2X bearing decreases by 37%and the vibration value of 2Y bearing decreases by 15%.Therefore,the scheme can effectively weaken the vibration energy transferred from the bearing pedestal to the emergency oil tank and weaken the overall vibration response of the excitation end support system.
