摘要
基于国内多台机组润滑油系统的调试实践,指出静态联锁试验的局限性。举例说明动态联锁试验过程中存在延迟启动、油压过低问题、因测量值的动态响应频率不匹配可能导致试验结果误判合格等问题,结合现场实测条件提出一套能满足要求的模拟试验方法,并针对不同事故工况模拟试验设定合理的达标基准,准确评价油系统安全可靠性、暴露潜在风险,结合实践经验给出试验不合格的排查方向,为今后的此类工程实践提供参考借鉴。
Based on the commissioning practice of lubricating oil system of several units in China, the limitations of static interlocking test are explained. The problems of delayed start-up, low oil pressure and misjudgment of test results due to mismatching of dynamic response frequency of measured values in dynamic interlocking test are illustrated with examples. A set of simulation test method which can meet the requirements is proposed in combination with field measurement conditions. According to the simulation test of different accident conditions, reasonable standards are set to ensure the safety of shafting. Combined with practical experience, the investigation direction of unqualified test is given, which can provide reference for future engineering practice.
