Energy-saving Optimization Measures and Potential Analysis of Thermal Power Plants

摘要 火电厂节能优化是提升传统火电运行水平的必由之路。通过对影响燃煤机组能效的关键因素进行剖析,系统探讨提升燃煤机组效率,降低机组煤耗的措施及潜力。通过对锅炉、汽轮机及辅机等全面节能优化改造,火电机组可降低煤耗10.5~35.7 g/(kW·h),节约厂用电率0.34%~0.92%。 Energy-saving optimization of thermal power plants is an important method to improve the operation level of traditional thermal power plants. Through analyzing the key factors affected the efficiency of coal-fired units, this study systematically discusses methods and potentials to improve the efficiency of coal-fired units and reduce coal consumption as well. Through comprehensive energy-saving optimization methods of boilers, steam turbines and auxiliary equipment, about 10.5~35.7 g/(kW·h) coal consumption could be saved and factory electricity rate would reduce 0.34%~0.92%.
