摘要
海南核电3、4号机工程建设期间,为了更准确地监视现场的施工情况以及演习时模拟事故场景,海南核电建设了大画面可视监控系统。为了增加身临其境的效果,采用球幕投影的方式增强显示效果,并通过图像融合方法扩展画面的分辨率。由于现有硬件融合技术成本高,设计并实现了一种基于FPGA的图像融合卡,能够实现6通道1920×1080分辨率的视频信号的几何校正和边缘融合,经现场验证显示效果良好,能够在所有施工现场推广应用。
During the construction of Hainan nuclear power units 3 and 4, in order to monitor the construction situation more accurately and simulate the accident scene during the drill, Hainan nuclear power built a large screen visual monitoring system. In order to increase the effect of being on the scene, the ball screen projection method was used to enhance the display effect, and the resolution of the screen was expanded by image fusion method. Due to the high cost of existing hardware fusion technology, it designs and implements an image fusion card based on FPGA, which can realize the geometric correction and edge fusion of 6-channel 1920×1080 resolution video signal. The field verification shows that the display effect is good, and it can be widely used in all construction sites.
