摘要
综合应用正相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等多种分离方法对白刺花(Sophora davidii(Franch.)Skeels)根与根茎乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,运用现代波谱技术对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定,从白刺花(Sophora davidii(Franch.)Skeels)地下部分乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为7-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-benzopyran-4-one(1)、7,4′-二羟基-3′,5′-二甲氧基异黄酮(2)、7,6′-二羟基-3′-甲氧基异黄酮(3)、柚皮素(4)、8-去甲杜鹃素(5)、5,7,2′-三羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮(6)、二氢山奈酚(7)、6-甲基山奈酚(8)、pinostilbene(9)、银松素(10)、(+)-syringaresinol(11)、burselignan(12)、3,3′-bis(3,4-dihydro-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran)(13)、异香草酸(14)和苜蓿内酯(15).其中化合物1、3~5、7~9、11~14为首次从该植物中分离得到.
The chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate fraction of the roots of Sophora davidii(Franch.)Skeels were isolated and purified by positive phase silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,and other separation methods.The structures of the compounds were identified by modern spectral techniques.Fifteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the roots of Sophora davidii(Franch.)Skeels and identified as 7-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-benzopyran-4-one(1),7,4′-dihydroxy-3′,5′–dimethoxyisoflavone(2),7,6′-dihydroxy-3′-methoxy-isoflavone(3),Naringenin(4),8-demethylfarrerol(5),5,7,2-trihydroxy-4-methoxyisoflavone(6),Dihydrokaempferol(7),6-methyl-kaempferol(8),pinostilbene(7),pinosylvine(10),(+)-syringaresinol(11),burselignan(12),3,3′-bis(3,4-dihydro-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran)(13),isovanillic acid(14),and medicagol(15).Compounds 1,3~5,7~9,and 11~14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
