摘要
目的分析扁桃体切除术患儿血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与黏膜淤血水肿的相关性。方法以117例行扁桃体切除术的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患儿根据呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)分为轻度、中度及重度组,比较3组患儿手术前及术后1个月时的血清hs-CRP、PCT、IL-6水平及扁桃体窝后黏膜淤血水肿情况,采用Pearson相关分析OSAHS患儿术后血清hs-CRP、PCT、IL-6水平变化与黏膜淤血水肿的相关性。结果OSAHS患儿术前的血清hs-CRP、PCT、IL-6水平随着病情严重程度加重而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组OSAHS患儿术后1个月时的血清hs-CRP、PCT、IL-6水平及黏膜淤血水肿评分均低于同组手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,OSAHS患儿术后血清hs-CRP、PCT、IL-6水平与黏膜淤血水肿评分均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、PCT及IL-6水平随着OSAHS患儿病情加重而升高,扁桃体切除术后3项指标水平与扁桃体窝黏膜淤血水肿密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),and mucosal congestion edema in child patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)after tonsillectomy.Methods One hundred and seventeen child patients received OSAHS who underwent tonsillectomy were divided into mild group,moderate group,and severe group according to the apnea-hypopnea index(AHI).The levels of serum hs-CRP,PCT,and IL-6 and mucosal congestion edema behind tonsillar fossa were compared before surgery and 1 month after surgery.Pearson correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the correlation between levels of serum hs-CRP,PCT,IL-6,and mucosal congestion edema in child patients with OSAHS after surgery.Results The levels of serum hs-CRP,PCT,and IL-6 in child patients with OSAHS before surgery increased with the severity of disease,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum hs-CRP,PCT,IL-6,and mucosal congestion edema score of child patients with OSAHS at 1 month after surgery were lower than those before surgery,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that levels of serum hs-CRP,PCT,and IL-6 of child patients with OSAHS after surgery were significantly positively correlated with mucosal congestion edema score(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum hs-CRP,PCT,and IL-6 levels increase with the aggravated condition of child patients with OSAHS,and the levels of the three indexes after tonsillectomy are closely correlated to mucosal congestion edema of tonsillar fossa.
