摘要
"党和国家高度重视师德师风建设"与"研究生导师师德失范现象屡禁不止"的悖论,使得师德失范治理成为公众关注的焦点和学术研究的重点。鉴于研究生导师群体的特殊性和师德失范治理的系统性,在具体治理过程中需要妥善处理好"有"和"无"、"行"和"改"、"粗"和"细"、"个体"和"组织""、正面激励"和"负面约束"、"程度区分"和"错罚相当""、结果评判"和"过程控制"以及"工具理性"和"价值理性"等八对关系。
The Party and the country attach great importance to the construction of teachers’ethics,while the anomie among postgraduate supervisors still exists.Such a paradox has made the governance of teachers’anomie become the focus of public attention and academic research.In view of the particularity of postgraduate supervisors and the complexity of teachers’ethical anomie governance,it is necessary to properly deal with the relationships of existence and non-existence,establishment and revision,frameworks and details,individuals and organizations,positive incentives and negative constraints,standards of distinguishing and fault-punishment balance,result judgment and process control,as well as instrumental rationality and value rationality.
