摘要
秦山二期四台机组在冬季工况存在设备冷却水系统(以下简称"RRI")水温低导致部分热负荷不能满足运行控制要求的问题,直接影响着机组运行的稳定性与可靠性。本文通过对机组运行RRI系统的热负荷数据、温度数据大量的收集、整理分析,查找出了RRI系统水温低的根本原因。依据换热器的热交换原理,并结合RRI系统现场实际布置状况,应用排除法给出了提高RRI系统水温的改进方案并在现场成功实施,效果满意。提高了RRI系统热负荷设备运行的安全性、可靠性。
The four units in Qinshan II have the problem that the low water temperature of the RRI system in winter makes part of the thermal load unable to meet the operation control requirements»which directly affects the stability and reliability of the unit operation.By collecting and analyzing a large amount of thermal load data and temperature data of the RRI system during unit operation,the root cause of the low water temperature of the RRI system was found out.According to the heat exchange principle of the heat exchanger and combined with the actual layout of the RRI system on site,the improvement scheme of improving the water temperature of the RRI system was put forward by means of the elimination method,which was successfully implemented on site with satisfied results.The safety and reliability of the RRI system thermal load equipment operation are improved.
