摘要
核电厂高能管道破裂造成的高温高压液体喷淋和短时积液危害对管道附近电缆造成严重影响。IEEE 383-2015版对处于和缓条件下电缆提出了浸没试验要求。国内三代核电也提出了安全壳内外电缆进行非设计基准事故下的极端酸性或碱性溶液喷淋/浸没试验要求。本文分析了标准和技术规格书中试验要求,讨论了某三代核电厂电缆的极端酸性或碱性溶液喷淋/浸没试验方案和验收准则,进行了相应试验。结果表明:以聚烯烃材料作为绝缘和护套的电缆,在一个月酸性或碱性溶液高温喷淋浸没环境下,电气性能的变化满足验收标准,对后续的电缆鉴定工作提供借鉴。
The high-temperature and high-pressure liquid spray and short-term liquid accumulation caused by the rupture of high-energy pipelines in nuclear power plant have severely affected the cables near the pipelines.The IEEE 383 standard puts forward immersion test requirements for low-voltage power cables under mild conditions.The third-generation domestic nuclear power plants also proposed extreme acid-base spray/immersion test requirements for cables inside and outside the containment under non-design basis accidents.This article analyzes the immersion test requirements in the IEEE 383-2015 standard and technical specifications,and discusses the extreme acid-base spray immersion test plan and acceptance criteria for a third-generation nuclear power cable.The cable extreme alkaline solution spray/immersion test is als conducted.The results show that the electrical performance of the cable with polyolefin material as the insulation and sheath under the environment of high temperature spray immersion in acid-base solution for one month meets the acceptance standard,which can provide reference for the subsequent identification work.
