摘要
鉴于福岛核事故的教训,国家核安全局在CAP1000核电厂安全评审中十分重视严重事故缓解措施,安全壳长期超压失效问题更是其中的一个重要关注点。本文研究了可能引起安全壳超压失效的原因以及对应的安全壳超压缓解措施,并通过安全壳超压事故序列的计算模拟,分析相关缓解措施投入的时机及其效果。经过梳理和分析,认为:针对安全壳长期超压失效的缓解措施是合理和有效的,这些措施使CAP1000已实际消除了安全壳长期超压失效的可能性。
Based on the lessons learnt from the Fukushima accident in 2011,the National Nuclear Safety Administration(NNSA),has been paying much attention to severe accident mitigation strategies during the safety review of CAP 1000,especially for the problem of containment overpressure failure.In this paper,scenarios which possibly lead to the containment overpressure and potential mitigation measures are summarized.The timing and effectiveness of key containment overpressure mitigation strategies are analyzed by modeling of representative accident scenarios.It can be concluded that CAP 1000 mitigation measures for the problem of long-term containment overpressure failure are effective and sufficient,and the possibility of containment long-term overpressure failure has been eliminated practically by the design of CAP 1000.
