摘要
以福岛核事故为参考,分析了海啸灾害对核电厂的影响,针对性的提出了建立三层防御措施的理念,给出了基于事故过程的海啸袭击滨海核电厂的事故模型。结合非能动和多样性的特点和要求,给出了具体防御方案的设计要求和设计基准,首次提出提升EDG厂房在海啸事故中可靠性的概念。为海滨核电厂防御海啸灾难提供了重要参考。
The impact of tsunami attacking nuclear power plant was analyzed taking Fukushima nuclear accident as reference.The notions of three layers of defensive measures against tsunami attacking were proposed also the accident model which was based on the tsunami attacking accident process.The design requirements and basis of defensive measures were proposed combined with features and requirements of non-dynamic and diversity.Improving the reliability of EDG plants for against tsunami attacking was proposed for the first time.Those all would provide important reference for coastal NPP.
