摘要
随着我国教育评价改革的持续推进,综合素质评价成为改善教育评价生态的关键举措。当前,初中学生综合素质评价存在偏离育人理念、评价过程失序失范、过度追逐等级呈现等现实困境。基于多维度的审视,其背后受到评价思维、评价理论、评价文化等因素的阻滞。为此,应以理论探析定位综合素质评价的本真价值,以实践举措优化综合素质评价的实施程序,以多元方式增添综合素质评价的过程色彩,从而促使综合素质评价走出困境、切实落地。
With the continuous advancement of education evaluation reform in China,comprehensive quality evaluation has become a key measure to improve the ecology of education evaluation.Compared with the high stakes comprehensive quality evaluation at the senior high school stage,there are fewer studies on the comprehensive quality evaluation conducted in junior high schools,and schools tend to try and explore based on experience.In practice,comprehensive quality evaluation at the junior high school stage is faced with real dilemmas such as the quiet deviation of the concept of education,the complicated evaluation process,and the excessive pursuit of levels.Based on a multi-dimensional review,it is hindered by evaluation thinking,evaluation theory,evaluation culture and other aspects.For this reason,the true value of comprehensive quality evaluation should be located by theoretical analysis;the implementation procedure of comprehensive quality evaluation should be optimized by practical measures;the process of comprehensive quality evaluation should be added in a diversified manner,so as to promote the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school to get out of the predicament and effectively“landing”.
