摘要
伪狂犬病是由伪狂犬病病毒感染所致,猪是伪狂犬病病毒的主要天然宿主。目前,伪狂犬病以疫苗防控为主,无特效治疗药。近年来,国内多地检测到猪伪狂犬病病毒发生了变异,常用的疫苗已不能完全抵抗致病性增强的变异株,导致猪伪狂犬病在我国时有暴发,对我国养猪业造成较大的影响。文章对国内已发现的猪伪狂犬病病毒变异株基因的变异情况、致病性变化和疫苗研制情况等进行了综述,以期为研究伪狂犬病病毒和防控猪伪狂犬病提供参考。
Pseudorabies is caused by the infection of pseudorabies virus. Pig is the main natural hosts of pseudorabies virus. At present, the disease is mainly controlled by vaccines, and there is no specific medicine. In recent years, the variation of pseudorabies virus has been detected in many places in China, and the commonly used vaccine can not completely resist the mutation variants with enhanced pathogenicity, resulting in the outbreak of pseudorabies in China, which has a great impact on the pig industry in China. In order to provide reference for the study of pseudorabies virus and control of pseudorabies, the genetic variation, pathogenicity and vaccine development of pseudorabies virus found in China were reviewed in this paper.
