“在地文化”导向下城中村社区更新路径探究——以福州市仓山区林浦村为例

Research on the Path of Community Renewal in the Urban Villages Under the Guidance of Local Culture—A Case Study of Linpu Village,Cangshan District,Fuzhou City

【目的/意义】在地文化是社区更新的内生力量和关键触媒,把在地文化有机融入到社区更新中,是促进城中村社区文化保护与可持续发展的重要路径,同时可为国家社区更新路径提供新的思路和参考。【方法/过程】以福州市仓山区林浦村为例,在对其在地文化构成及特性梳理的基础上,从宏观、中观、微观三个维度,分析了社区更新的现状,并探讨相应维度上在地文化与社区更新结合的路径。【结果/结论】研究认为,历史文化型城中村社区除了传统的物质更新,更应关注其在地文化在城市历史中的价值和意义,从外在到内在、形式到内容、整体到局部,促进在地文化元素与社区更新在不同层次上的有机融合,最终实现城中村社区的可持续发展。

【Objective/Meaning】Local culture is the endogenous force and key catalytic agent of community renewal.The organic integration of local culture into the community renewal is an important way to promote the cultural protection and the sustainable development of communities in the“urban villages”,and can provide new thinking and reference for the path of community renewal in our country.【Methods/Procedures】By taking Linpu Village,Cangshan District,Fuzhou as an example,on the basis of sorting out the composition and characteristics of its local culture,the current situation of community renewal was analyzed from three dimensions of macro,medium and micro perspective,and the path of combining the local culture with community renewal in the corresponding dimension was discussed.【Results/Conclusions】According to the research,in addition to the traditional material renewal of communities in the historical and cultural“urban villages”,more attention should be paid to the value and significance of local culture in the urban history,the organic integration of local cultural elements and community renewal at different levels should be promoted from external to internal,form to content,and whole to part,thus to finally realize the sustainable development of communities in the“urban villages”.
