基于AHP-FCE模型的鹤林生态公园满意度评价分析

摘要 【目的/意义】鹤林生态公园位于福建省福州市,园内景观资源较为丰富,但在游客满意度方面仍然存在部分不足。通过探究影响鹤林生态公园景观游客满意度的现状因素,以期为福州市绿地生态系统更新与建设及城市生态公园的规划设计提供参考。【方法/过程】研究选取鹤林生态公园作为研究对象,于2020年12月进行实地调研,共回收有效问卷268份。通过层次分析法进行指标权重的计算,再用模糊综合评价法建立游客满意度评价模型,得出游客对鹤林生态公园的满意度。【结果/结论】游客对于鹤林生态公园满意度综合评价值为77.101,其中准则层的4个指标因子满意度为:公园管理(78.654)>景观效果(77.896)>基础设施(76.675)>交通出行(75.232)。根据对这4项指标所包含15个指标层的评价研究,提出改进公园的优化策略,为后期的公园景观提升改造提供指导。 【Objective/Meaning】Helin Ecological Park is located in Fuzhou City,Fujian Province.The landscape resources in the park are relatively rich,but there are still some shortcomings in terms of tourist satisfaction.The current factors that affected the tourist satisfaction with the landscape of Helin Ecological Park were explored,in order to provide references for the renewal and construction of the green space ecosystem in Fuzhou and the planning and design of the urban ecological park.【Methods/Procedures】By selecting Helin Ecological Park as the research object,the field survey was conducted in December 2020,and a total of 268 valid questionnaires were collected.The index weight was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to establish the evaluation model of tourist satisfaction,thus the tourist satisfaction with Helin Ecological Park was obtained.【Results/Conclusions】The comprehensive evaluation value of tourist satisfaction with Helin Ecological Park was 77.101,among which the satisfaction of the four index factors at the criterion level was as follows:park management(78.654)>landscape effect(77.896)>infrastructure(76.675)>transportation(75.232).According to the evaluation research of the 15 index levels contained in these 4 indexes,the optimization strategy for improving the park was put forward to provide guidance for the later landscape improvement and transformation of the park.
