某柴油机颗粒捕集器结构优化及试验研究

摘要 柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)是目前降低柴油机颗粒物排放最有效的后处理装置,本文对某柴油机的颗粒捕集器载体尺寸进行了优化,通过台架试验研究了优化后的颗粒捕集器的捕集效率以及对柴油机排气背压、燃油经济性、压降特性等影响。结果表明,优化后的颗粒捕集器使柴油机的排气背压减小了62%,燃油消耗率降低了2%,排放循环中颗粒捕集器的捕集效率基本无变化。 Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF)was the most effective aftertreatment device to reduce particulate matter(PM)emissions from diesel engine.This paper optimizes the size of Diesel Particulate Filter for a engine.The filtration efficiency,characteristics of fuel economy,pressure drop and exhaust back pressure were studied when DPF was fixed on diesel engine.Results showed that the DPF was optimized,the exhaust back pressure reduced by about 62%,the fuel consumption rate reduced by about 2%,the filtration efficiency almost had no change in the emission test cycle.
