汽车内燃机减噪降温设计研究

摘要 对于汽车以及工程器械而言,内燃机是最为基本且最为主要的动力来源,如果内燃机出现温度过高或是噪音过大的问题都会在一定程度之上干扰到其正常运作。致使内燃机出现上述问题的诱发原因较多,从而在具体规划工作中要进行针对性的设计,从而延长内燃机的应用寿命。本文在对内燃机传热情况以及振动噪声情况现状进行相应的分析研究后,提出具有针对性的噪声减低技术以及温度过高控制技术。 The internal combustion engine is the most basic and main power source for the automobile and the engineering equipment.If the internal combustion engine has the problem of too high temperature or too much noise,it will disturb its normal operation to some extent.There are many reasons that cause the above-mentioned problems of internal combustion engine,so we should carry on the pertinence design in the concrete planning work,so as to prolong the service life of internal combustion engine.In this paper,the heat transfer and the status of vibration and noise of internal combustion engine are analyzed,and the noise reduction technology and temperature control technology are put forward.
