摘要
液压系统是高空作业车的常用系统,在运行阶段其能实现无级调速,有操控便捷、省力及易于实现自动化等特征,虽然伸缩臂式高空作业车在使用中表现出较高的效能,但改进液压系统是相关领域人员职业生涯中孜孜不倦的追求。鉴于此,本文在解读液压系统主要构造、功能及工作原理的基础上,阐述其实际应用中存在的不足,对其阀门、液压保险及应急下放系统的改造要点、方法等进行总结,以供同行参考。
The hydraulic system is a common system of aerial work vehicles.In the operation stage,it can realize stepless speed regulation,and has the characteristics of convenient operation,labor saving and easy automation.Although the telescopic boom aerial work vehicle shows high efficiency in use,improving the hydraulic system is the tireless pursuit of personnel in related fields in their career.In view of this,based on the interpretation of the main structure,function and working principle of the hydraulic system,this paper expounds the shortcomings existing in its practical application,and summarizes the transformation points and methods of its valve,hydraulic insurance and emergency lowering system,so as to provide reference for peers.
