摘要 数控机床是一种先进的高精度工作加工设备,随着时代发展我国制造业对其精度要求也越来越高。数控机床的精度是由许多复杂因素影响的,如果在加工过程中不重视这类影响则无法得到想要的零件精度。文章就数控机床的各种精度类型进行了详细的分析,探讨了其影响因素,并提出了相应的提高精度方法及有效措施。 CNC machine tools is an advanced high-precision work processing equipment,with the development of China's manufacturing industry on its accuracy requirements are increasingly high.The accuracy of CNC machine tools is influenced by many complex factors,and if such influences are not taken into account in the machining process,the desired part accuracy cannot be obtained.The article provides a detailed analysis of the various types of accuracy of CNC machine tools,discusses their influencing factors,and proposes corresponding methods and effective measures to improve accuracy.
