摘要
球磨机是物料破碎的关键设备。大型球磨机具有低速重载的特点,对轴瓦的性能要求较高,而巴氏合金具有良好的化学稳定性、交联能力、柔顺性,易于加工和熔炼,是优质耐磨合金。采用巴氏合金铸造轴瓦,能很好地满足生产工艺要求。针对大型球磨机巴氏合金轴瓦铸造工艺中的相关问题,研究如何优化和改进轴瓦铸造工艺,提高轴瓦的加工和铸造效果。
Ball mill is the key equipment for material crushing.Large-scale ball mills have the characteristics of low speed and heavy load,and higher performance requirements for bearing bushes.Babbitt alloy has good chemical stability,crosslinking ability,flexibility,easy processing and smelting,and is a high-quality wear-resistant alloy.The use of babbitt alloy casting bearings can well meet the requirements of the production process.Aiming at the related problems in the casting process of the babbitt alloy bearing bush of the large ball mill,research how to optimize and improve the bearing bush casting process and improve the processing and casting effect of the bearing bush.
