摘要 在现代汽车制造领域中,机械制造加工工艺广泛应用于发动机、变速器等汽车各部位的制造加工中,考虑到现代汽车应用市场的高要求以及节能环保的需求,关于机械制造加工技术工艺的优化备受重视。文章基于汽车内燃机零部件制造加工活动,分析了机械制造加工工艺特点,分析了当前机械制造加工工艺应用中存在的一些问题。针对相关问题,对机械制造加工工艺路线的选择及优化方法进行了探究,希望能为相关从业单位提供参考。 In the field of modern automobile manufacturing,mechanical manufacturing processing technology is widely used in the manufacturing and processing of engines,transmission and other parts of the automobile,taking into account the high requirements of modern automobile application market and the demand for energy conservation and environmental protection,the optimization of mechanical manufacturing processing technology has been attached great importance.Based on the manufacturing and processing activities of automobile internal combustion engine parts,this paper analyzes the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing and processing technology,and analyzes some problems existing in the application of current mechanical manufacturing and processing technology.In view of the related problems,the selection and optimization method of the process route of mechanical manufacturing was explored,hoping to provide reference for the relevant practitioners.
