In recent years,Chinese legislation of terrorist crimes has undergone great changes,which is boththe inherent requirements of international conventions and the policy embodiment of governing terrorist crimes.The legislation of terrorist crimes presents new trends,which is reflected by the emphasis of prevention,the increasing severity and strictness,etc.Under the background of risk society,the legislation of terrorist crime shows the positive social significance,which is presented by the combined efforts of punishment afterward andprevention beforehand,the overall consideration of behavior hazard and personal dangerousness.In the future,the criminal legislation should enhance its prospective,promote the scientific nature and strengthen the link between criminal law and anti-terrorism security law.
