摘要
在福建省平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程的隧道掘进中,为了研究泥水平衡顶管机设计的合理性以及施工过程中钢顶管的稳定性,结合泥水平衡顶管机的特点以及施工地层条件,提出了考虑滚刀和刮刀实际贯入阻力的刀具载荷计算修正模型。对现有泥水平衡顶管机掘进的推力计算模型进行了分析,引入刀具破岩阻力和切削力矩,修正了顶管机的推进力计算模型和扭矩计算模型。对仅轴向推力作用下,仅土体围压作用下和推力、围压共同作用下的钢顶管稳定性进行分析,推导出了其失稳临界值,验证了顶管机在类似工程地层下施工的可靠性。
In tunneling project of the water resources allocation project in Pingtan City and Minjiang River estuary,Fujian Province,to study the design rationality of a slurry pipe jacking machine and the stability of steel jacking pipes during construction,combing with the characteristics of slurry pipe jacking machine and the construction stratum conditions,we proposed a revised cutter load calculation model considering the actual penetration resistance of disc-cutters and scrapers.In this paper,the existing jacking load calculation models for slurry pipe jacking machines were analyzed,and the jacking force calculation model and torque calculation model of pipe jacking machine were modified by introducing the rock-breaking resistance and cutting torque of cutters.The stability of jacking pipes under action of jacking load only,soil confining pressure only,and the joint action of jacking load and soil confining pressure were analyzed.And its critical value of instability was deduced,which can verify the reliability of pipe jacking machine under the stratum of similar projects.
