农村烤烟高质种植探究及社会工作助力对策

Study on High Quality Planting of Flue Cured Tobacco in Rural Areas and Countermeasures for Social Work

烤烟作为我国重要的经济作物,在促进农村经济繁荣、提高农民收入和脱贫致富方面发挥着重要作用。我国属于烤烟种植大国,近年来,国家加大烤烟种植方面政策和财政支持,但我国农村地区烤烟种植仍然面临基础设施不完善、规模化与机械化种植程度低、缺乏专业技术人才及职业烟农、烤烟产量低等问题,因此,如何促进烤烟的高质种植是目前急需解决的问题。本文试图将社会工作的科学方法运用到烤烟种植中,利用社会工作专业优势,针对目前烤烟种植存在的问题,从社会工作角度提供相应解决措施。

As an important traditional agricultural cash crop and special agricultural products,flue-cured to‐bacco plays an important role in rural economic prosperity,increasing farmers'income and getting rid of poverty and becoming rich.China is a typical big country of flue-cured tobacco planting.In recent years,the government has also increased policy and financial support for tobacco planting.However,tobacco planting in rural areas of China is still faced with problems such as imperfect infrastructure,low degree of large-scale and mechanized planting,lack of professional and technical personnel,professional farmers,and low yield of flue-cured tobacco.How to promote high-quality flue-cured tobacco varieties planting is a problem to be solved.Based on this,this paper attempts to combine social work with tobacco planting,apply the profes‐sional knowledge and scientific methods of social work to the practice of flue-cured tobacco planting,make use of the professional advantages of social work and provide solutions from the perspective of social work.
