基于区块链视角下我国饲料供应链溯源体系的构建

摘要 饲料业是我国畜牧水产养殖的基础和支撑,对饲料供应链监察与管理是维持饲料行业健康发展的重要环节。现阶段饲料供应链监管还存在信息不对称、溯源追责难等问题,无法保障饲料的质量安全。为提升相关部门对饲料安全监督的质量,提高饲料供应链的运行效率,分析了影响我国饲料供应链溯源的因素,并利用区块链的过程可信性、去中心化等特征,构建了我国饲料供应链的溯源体系,为饲料质量安全溯源提供解决方案。 Feed industry is the foundation and support of animal husbandry and aquaculture in China.The supervision and management of feed supply chain is an important link to maintain the healthy development of feed industry.However,at this stage,there are still some problems in the supervision of feed supply chain,such as information asymmetry,traceability and blame,which can not guarantee the quality and safe‐ty of feed.In order to assist the regulatory authorities to supervise and manage feed quality and safety,im‐prove the operation efficiency of feed supply chain,this paper analyzed the factors that affect the traceabili‐ty of feed supply chain in China,and constructed the traceability system of feed supply chain based on block chain in China by using the process credibility,decentralization and other characteristics of block‐chain,so as to provide solutions for the traceability feed quality and safety problems.
