农村地区电商扶贫的探索--以黔江区“寻农记”为例

Research on E-commerce Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas-Taking'Seeking Agriculture'in Qianjiang District as an Example

发展农村电商是“三农”和扶贫领域培养新增长点的重要举措。黔江区大力实施电商扶贫工程,在助推脱贫攻坚、带动贫困人口就业增收有着显著影响。通过实地调研,认真总结了重庆宅天下“寻农记”电商扶贫项目的发展历程、做法和成效,分析电商发展中存在的困难和挑战,提出了相应的对策。

The development of rural e-commerce is an important measure to cultivate new growth points in the fields of"three rural areas"and poverty alleviation.Qianjiang district vigorously implements the project of e-commerce,which has significant impact on promoting poverty alleviation and increasing the employ‐ment and income of the poor.Through the field investigation,the paper analyzed the development course,practice and effect of the e-commerce poverty alleviation project in Chongqing,put forward some opinions in view of difficulties and challenges in the development of e-commerce.
