新农村文化建设的困境与发展对策

随着社会经济的快速发展,人们逐渐走出传统物质需求的束缚,转向高层次的精神需求,文化需求成为社会需求的主要方向。为进一步缩小城乡差距,打破城乡二元结构,我国非常重视农村经济发展。社会主义新农村建设虽已取得了显著成就,在推动区域经济发展中发挥着重要作用,然而部分农村文化发展明显滞后于经济发展步伐,直接导致了农村文化发展后劲不足,无法满足社会大众美好需求。从社会主义新农村建设的意义出发,通过探讨了新农村文化建设中存在的问题,结合新时期社会美好需求和农村实际情况,提出了发展新农村文化建设的措施,希望进一步提升农村文化建设综合实力,推动文化与经济协调发展。

With the development of the economy and society,cultural has became the main direction of so‐cial needs.People gradually get out of the shackles of traditional material needs and turn to higher-level spir‐itual needs.In order to further narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,break the urban-rural dual structure,China has begin to change the focus of economic development to rural development.In the long term policy promotion and grassroots implementation,the construction of new socialist countryside has made remarkable achievements,and it plays an important role in promoting regional economic develop‐ment.However,cultural development in some rural areas has clearly lags behind the pace of economic de‐velopment,directly leading to insufficient stamina for rural cultural development and unable to meet the good needs of the public.Starting from the current situation of the construction of new socialist countryside,this article discussed the problems existing in the cultural construction of new countryside,and put forward measures for the development of cultural construction in the new countryside,combining the beautiful needs of the society in the new era and the actual conditions of the countryside.Hope to further enhance the comprehensive strength of rural cultural construction and promote the coordinated development of culture and economy.
