新农村建设背景下社会工作介入农村留守老人养老问题的研究

Research on the Involvement of Social Work in the Elderly Left Behind in Rural Areas Under the Background of New Rural Construction

随着越来越多的农村年轻人外出务工,农村出现大批留守老人,这些老人在经济、家庭、生活、精神娱乐、健康方面等往往存在一定问题,社会工作者从乡村经济发展、弘扬传统“孝”文化、丰富老人业余生活、完善农村娱乐设施、链接农村文娱产业和医疗资源等方面介入农村老人养老工作,探讨农村留守老人养老路径。

More and more young rural migrant workers are working in the city,there is a large number of rural left-behind elderly rural rear old man in the rural areas,the economic,family,life,entertainment,health problems of these old peoples are serious.Social workers must carry out social work from the rural economic development,carry forward the traditional"filial piety"culture,rich old man amateur life,enter‐tainment facilities,perfect rural link rural cultural industry,the link of medical resources in the old man's en‐dowment life,analyzed the pension problems of old people in the rural areas.
