摘要
沿江通道工程(江杨北路—牡丹江路)是上海市高速公路改扩建项目,将给大流量高负荷城市主通道交通运行带来较大影响。为了最大限度地保障高速公路快速通行能力,兼顾施工推进以及宝山区市民、企业出行和经济活动的正常进行,施工期间采取全过程多维度多方案的交通疏导措施,从项目规划阶段、工程设计阶段以及施工建设阶段全过程融入交通组织研究,通过改进施工流程和作业方法、优化货车出行路径和时序、改建高速公路出入口匝道等手段提高施工区域交通通行效率,并运用交通分析仿真软件辅助研究工作,使交通组织方案更合理、更高效。
Along the river channel project(North Jiangyang Road–Mu danjiang Road)is the city's highway reform and expansion project,which will have a greater impact on the high-flow heavy-load city main channel traffic operation.In order to maximize the ability of expressway fast passage,taking into account the construction promotion and the normal conduct of citizens,enterprises and economic activities in Baoshan District,traffic diversion measures of the whole process multi-dimensional and multi-programme were taken during the construction period,from the project planning stage,engineering design stage and construction construction phase into the traffic organization research,and through the optimization of construction process and operation methods,truck travel path and timing optimization,reconstruction of highway entrance and exit and other means to improve the efficiency of traffic flow in the construction area.And traffic analysis and simulation software was used to assist research work,so that the transportation organization program will be more reasonable and higher efficiency.
