广州市轨道交通地下空间规划及管控思考

Planning and Management of Underground Space in Guangzhou Rail Transit

为应对广州市面临的轨道交通地下空间规划及管控需求,进一步保障轨道交通网络建设、完善地下空间规划体系,对广州市轨道交通地下空间规划及管控进行思考。首先,对国内轨道交通地下空间规划及管控的整体发展情况进行研究;其次,结合广州市地下轨道交通发展现状,分析广州市轨道交通地下空间规划及管控面临的问题;最后,提出超前开展轨道交通等线性工程的地下空间控制性详细规划、建立地下空间三维管控系统、提前谋划地下轨道交通复合走廊、促进地下轨道交通与城市地下空间融合发展等四点建议。

In order to respond to the urban rail transit underground space planning and control needs of Guangzhou,to further ensure the construction of rail transit network and improve the underground space planning system,the planning and management of underground space in Guangzhou rail transit were considered.Firstly,the overall development situation of domestic city’s rail transit underground space planning and control was studied.Secondly,combining with the development status of Guangzhou underground rail transit,the problems faced by the underground space planning and management of Guangzhou rail transit were analyzed.Finally,four suggestions were proposed,including advancing the detailed planning of underground space control for linear projects such as rail transit,establishing underground three-dimensional space management and control system,planning the underground rail transit complex corridors in advance,and promoting the integrated development of underground rail transit and urban underground space.
