摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘方法分析中成药复方治疗消化系统肿瘤的用药规律。方法:基于药智网数据库中的“中成药处方数据库”,收集治疗消化系统肿瘤的中成药,建立Excel表,应用古今医案云平台(V2.2.1)对数据进行频次统计、关联分析、药物聚类和复杂网络分析。结果:筛选出36个治疗消化系统肿瘤的中成药复方,药性以温、寒性为主,药味以苦、甘味为主,归经以肝、脾经为主。高频中药有黄芪、半枝莲、人参、莪术、三棱、白术、白花蛇舌草等。关联分析得到17个药物组合,高频药对有半枝莲-黄芪、人参-黄芪、莪术-黄芪、半枝莲-莪术等。聚类分析得到3类药物。核心用药网络由27味中药组成,核心配伍网络由3组药物构成。结论:治疗消化系统肿瘤的中成药复方药物具有寒温并用、补泻兼施、肝脾同治的特点,用药及配伍以益气健脾药、活血化瘀药、清热解毒药为主,药对以补气、养阴、活血、解毒相互配伍为主,反映出消化系统肿瘤“虚、瘀、毒”夹杂的病机特点。数据挖掘可以为中成药的用药及配伍规律提供参考。
Objective:To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of digestive system tumors based on the data mining method.Methods:Based on the"Chinese Traditional Medicine Prescription Database",traditional Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of digestive system tumors were collected to establish an Excel table.The ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.2.1)was used to count frequency and perform correlation analysis,clustering and complex network analysis.Results:A total of 36 traditional Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of digestive system tumors were screened.The medicinal properties were mainly warm and cold,the taste was bitter and sweet,and the meridians were mainly liver and spleen meridians.High frequency Chinese traditional medicines included astragalus,Scutellaria barbata,ginseng,curcuma,triangle,atractylodes,Hedyotis diffusa,etc.A total of 17 combinations were obtained after correlation analysis,and high-frequency drug pairs included Scutellaria barbataastragalus,ginseng-astragalus,curcuma-astragalus,Scutellaria barbata-curcuma,etc.Cluster analysis found 3 types of drugs.The core drug network was composed of 27 drugs,and the core compati-bility network consisted of 3 groups of drugs.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese patent compound medicine for the treatment of digestive system tumors has the characteristics of combining cooling and warming,tonification and purgation treatment,and treating the liver and spleen at the same time.The medicine is mainly used to replenish Qi and invigorate the spleen,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and clear away heat and detoxification.The medicine pair is mainly compatible with each other to replenish Qi,nourish Yin and blood,and detoxify,reflecting the pathogenesis characteristics of“deficiency,stasis,toxin”in digestive system tumors.Data mining can provide references for the prescription and compatibility of traditional Chinese patent medicines.
