硫磺回收装置低负荷运行节能参数调整 被引量:1

摘要 由于威远气田气量、气质逐年递减,造成荣县天然气净化厂原料气气量、气质逐年递减,2017年净化厂原料气日处理量在6×10^(4)~8×10^(4) m^(3)波动,原料气中H2S含量在0.6%~0.7%(V)范围波动。原料气气量、气质下降造成进入硫磺回收装置的酸气气量、气质下降,硫磺回收装置长期处于低负荷状态运行,装置运行风险增大,硫磺回收率下降,生产成本增加。针对在保障装置在低负荷安稳运行的条件下,如何进一步提高硫磺回收率做了深入研究,以达到降本增效、节能降耗的目的。 As the gas volume and temperament of Weiyuan Gasfield decrease year by year,the gas volume and temperament of raw gas in Rongxian Natural Gas purification plant decrease year by year.In 2017,the daily processing capacity of raw gas fluctuated between 6×10^(4)~8×10^(4) m^(3),and the H2S content in raw gas fluctuated between 0.6%and 0.7%(V).The decrease of raw gas volume and temperament leads to the decrease of acid gas volume and temperament entering the sulfur recovery device.The sulfur recovery device runs under low load for a long time,which increases the operation risk of the device,decreases the sulfur recovery rate and increases the production cost.In order to achieve the purpose of reducing cost,increasing efficiency,saving energy and reducing consumption,how to further improve sulfur recovery rate under the condition of ensuring stable operation of the device under low load is studied deeply.
