沙坪场增压站增压机组运行节能措施的探讨

摘要 增压机组作为电能消耗以及天然气消耗的主要能耗设备,在节能工作中备受重视,为进一步实现梁平作业区节能降耗以及对能源的管控,以沙坪场增压站增压机组为例,对以往梁平作业区增压机组运行的节能方式进行分析研究,主要介绍了优化增压机组运行、优化风机运行模式、降压试运三种节能技术措施,并对其节能效果以及总体效果进行分析,探索增压机组节能降耗的有效办法,以达到减少能源消耗、保证质量、提高效率的目的。 As the main energy consumption equipment of electric energy consumption and natural gas consumption,turbocharging unit is paid much attention to in energy saving work.In order to further realize energy saving and energy control in Liangping County operation area,taking the supercharging unit of Shapingchang supercharging station as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the energy-saving methods of booster unit operation in Liangping county operation area,mainly introduces three energy-saving technical measures of optimizing operation of booster unit,optimizing operation mode of Fan and reducing pressure test operation,the energy-saving effect and the overall effect are analyzed,and the effective methods of energy saving and consumption-reducing are explored to reduce energy consumption,ensure quality and improve efficiency.
