剑阁天然气净化厂节能降耗措施研究

Study on Energy Saving Measures of Jiange Natural Gas Purification Plant

近几年能源短缺的问题得到了社会各界的广泛关注,而天然气净化过程能耗高,所以做好天然气净化厂节能降耗工作是非常必要的。作为川西北气矿处理量最大的净化厂,剑阁天然气净化厂的安全稳定运行对保障下游用气至关重要。通过对剑阁天然气净化厂主要能耗部位和在设计、运行过程中采取的节能措施的分析,并对其提出了优化建议。

In recent years,the problem of energy shortage has has caused widespread concern from society.The energy consumption of natural gas purification process is very high,so it is very necessary to accomplish works of saving energy and reducing consumption of natural gas purification plant.As the largest gas purification plant in Northwest Sichuan Gas Mine,the safe and stable operation of Jiange natural gas purification plant is very important to ensure the downstream gas consumption.This paper introduces the main energy consumption parts of Jiange natural gas purification plant and the energy-saving measures taken in the process of design and operation.It also puts forward optimization suggestions.
