“大数据”能源管控新模式在川东北气矿的应用 被引量:2

摘要 油气田既是能源生产单位,又是能源消耗大户,能源管控在油气田生产经营活动中对于降本增效、效益开发等具有十分重要的意义。但由于油气生产场所分散、生产过程中电能和热能消耗环节众多、生产处理设备及装置种类繁多等客观因素决定了油气田能源数据采集点多,自动化管理成本高、难度大,再加上人员素质差异,能源统计存在一定的误差,不能及时、准确的反映真实用能情况导致决策出现差错。川东北气矿(以下简称气矿)经过近两年的实践,探索出了“用能管理标准化+过程控制图版化”管理新模式,通过建立能耗和重点设备能耗指标分析图版,有效提升了单位的能效分析水平。 Oil and gas fields are both energy production units and high energy consumers.Energy management and control plays a very important role in reducing cost and increasing efficiency and benefit development in oil and gas production and operation activities.However,due to objective factors such as scattered oil and gas production sites,numerous consumption links of electric energy and heat energy in the production process,and various types of production and processing equipment and devices,there are many collection points of oil and gas field energy data,high cost and difficulty of automatic management,and differences in personnel quality,there are certain errors in energy statistics.Failure to timely and accurately reflect the real energy use situation leads to errors in decision-making.After nearly two years of construction practice,Northeast Sichuan Gas District has explored a new management mode of"energy use management standardization+process control chart",and effectively improved the energy efficiency analysis of units by establishing energy consumption and key equipment energy consumption index analysis chart.
