国家间的竞争,越来越体现在供应链体系上的竞争。按照木桶的短板理论,供应链实力某种程度体现在链中的中小企业的发展上。我国中小企业不仅贡献了60%以上的GDP,还贡献了70%以上的技术创新。供应链金融在供应链合作分工中,中小企业以链中真实交易为基础,解决信息不对称水平,减轻中小企业所面临的融资约束。随着互联网、大数据、云计算、区块链等技术的使用,互联网金融的介入,我国供应链金融发展很快,出现了一些特有的现象。及时归纳总结和分析这些现象特征,对我国供应链金融的发展极具重要意义。

Competition among countries has been more and more relying on the supply chain system competition.According to theory of wooden barrel,supply chain strength is somehow reflected in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.China s small and medium-sized enterprises not only contribute more than 60%of the GDP,but also contribute more than 70%of technological innovation.Based on real transactions,supply chain finance may solve information asymmetry,alleviate the capital constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises.With the use of Internet,big data,cloud computing,block chain and other technologies,and with the intervention of Internet finance,China s supply chain finance has developed rapidly with some unique phenomena emerging.It is significant to collect and analyze those phenomena emerging to benefit the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and even the development of Chinese economy.
