市场环境下含新能源配电网供电能力评估及提升策略 被引量:6

The Evaluation and Promotion Strategy of TSC for Distribution System with New Energy under Power Market Environment

摘要 随着智能电网建设和新电改推进,新能源出力不确定性与电力市场化交易会对配电网供电能力产生影响。为提升含分布式新能源配电网的供电能力,首先建立了考虑分布式新能源不确定性的配电网鲁棒优化调度模型。其次,为探究电力市场化交易的影响,采用改进重复潮流法计算不同电力交易场景下配电网最大供电能力(TSC)与市场收益。最后,针对TSC不达标的场景,采用改进PSO优化算法进行配电网重调度以提升TSC。算例验证了含分布式电源配电网的TSC与市场收益的制约关系,通过牺牲部分市场收益从而保证电网运行安全性,优化调度结果提升了配电网TSC,提出了市场环境下兼顾经济性与供电能力的配电网优化调度策略,对配电网规划及优化运行提供指导。 With the development of smart grid and new electricity reform,the uncertainty of new energy and power market trading will affect the power supply capacity of distribution network.To evaluate and improve the power supply capacity,we first establishes a robust optimal dispatching model considering the uncertainty of the new energy.Secondly,in order to explore the impact of power market transactions,the improved repeated power flow method is used to calculate the maximum power supply capacity(TSC)and market revenue of the distribution network under different power transaction scenarios.Finally,for scenarios where the TSC does not meet the standard,the improved PSO optimization algorithm is used to re-dispatch and improve TSC.The correlations between TSC and market profit are determined through case studies:a trade-off relationship.Under the premise of ensuring safety,market revenue is reduced,and dispatching results are optimized to improve the TSC.The optimal dispatching model considering economy and safety of distribution network under power market was proposed to provide guidance for distribution network planning and optimized operation.
