摘要
静电纺丝制备的纳米纤维具有多孔结构、因其比表面积大,被广泛应用于防护服、过滤膜、伤口敷料等领域。随着医学领域的快速发展,静电纺丝制备的纳米纤维作为药物载体的地位日益突出。这种纳米纤维可以通过不同载药方式进行药物的有效持续释放,因此被认为是药物释放和组织工程领域的理想材料之一。本文主要论述了静电纺丝原理以及静电纺丝在药物控释方面的研究进展,为今后药控纤维的改性与应用提供理论基础。
The nanofibers prepared by electrospinning have a porous structure and a large specific surface area.They are widely used in protective clothing,filter membrane,wound dressing and other fields.With the advancement in the medical field,the nanofibers prepared by electrospinning have become increasingly prominent as drug carriers.The drugs in the nanofibers can be released effectively and continuously by different drug-loaded methods.Therefore,the nanofiber is considered as one of the ideal materials in the field of drug release and tissue engineering.In this paper,the principle of electrospinning and the research progress of electrospinning in the field of controlled drug release are mainly discussed.It provides a theoretical basis for the modification and application of controlled drug release fibers in future.
