The implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Partnership Agreement(RCPA)marks the offi cial establishment of the East Asia Pilot Free Trade Zone,which is the largest economic region with the largest population and potential development in the world.RCEP integrates resources from multiple aspects to enhance mutual trust between governments so as to provide a continuous impetus to promote industrial innovation.In such a context,it is of great significance for China to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by joining RCEP in building a new pattern of development.
