摘要
随着数字经济的发展,我国对数字化人才的需求激增,企业在数字化转型中更是面临着人才难求的局面。笔者结合相关数据对武汉数字化人才队伍现状进行分析,发现主要存在数量、质量、结构、地区差异等问题,并从培养、保障、引进人才等方面提出建议。
With the development of digital economy,the demand for digital talents in China is surging,and enterprises are facing the hard situation of seeking talents in digital transformation.Combined with relevant data,the author analyzes the current situation of Wuhan digital talent team,finds that there are mainly problems such as quantity,quality,structure and regional differences,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of training,guarantee and talent introduction.
