摘要
近年来,跨境电商行业蓬勃发展,电商行业对于人才跨文化交际能力的需求与日俱增,但与当前高职院校人才培养定位出现错层。本文基于跨境电商的发展现状,分析了跨境电商从业人员跨文化交际能力培养的重要性,并从校企合作、师资建设、教材改革和评价改革四个方面提出了高职院校跨境电商人才跨文化交际能力培养的路径。
In recent years,with the booming development of cross-border e-commerce industry,the e-commerce industry has an increasing demand for talents’cross-cultural communication skills,but its relation with the positioning of talents training in higher vocational colleges is not consistent at present.Based on the development status of cross-border e-commerce,this paper analyzes the importance of the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce employees’intercultural communication ability,and puts forward the path of the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents’intercultural communication ability in vocational colleges from four aspects,including university-enterprise cooperation,faculty development,textbook and evaluation reforms.
