摘要
淋巴管肌瘤病是一种与遗传性结节性硬化症相关的罕见肺部疾病。目前对其病因及发病机制并未完全阐明,且无特异性治疗方法。文章主要介绍了中医经典方剂平胃散加减治疗淋巴管肌瘤病病例1则,通过回顾该疾病的诊断、辨证施治等过程,探讨从中医角度对淋巴管肌瘤病病寻求治疗的方法。
Lymphangiomyomatosis is a rare pulmonary disease related to hereditary tuberous sclerosis.At present,its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully clarified,and there is no specific treatment method.In this paper,1 case of treating lymphangiomyomatosis with Pingwei San(平胃散),a classic TCM prescription,was introduced.By reviewing the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,the treatment method for Lymphangiomyomatosis is explored from the perspective of TCM.
