黄芪注射液联合曲美他嗪对老年病毒性心肌炎患者血清炎性和氧化应激指标的影响

The effects of the Huangqi injection plus trimetazidine on serum inflammatory and oxidative stress indexes in elderly patients with viral myocarditis

目的:探讨黄芪注射液联合曲美他嗪对老年病毒性心肌炎患者血清炎性和氧化应激指标的影响。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年12月山东省青岛市即墨区中医医院收治的98例老年病毒性心肌炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将98例患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(48例),对照组患者在常规治疗基础上加以曲美他嗪治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加以黄芪注射液治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者的血清炎性指标、氧化应激指标、心肌损伤标志物变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组及对照组的血清炎性指标、氧化应激指标、心肌损伤标志物水平均显著优于治疗前,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,均P<0.05。结论:黄芪注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗可有效改善老年病毒性心肌炎患者的炎性反应及氧化应激反应。

Objective:To investigate the effects of the Huangqi injection(黄芪注射液)plus trimetazidine on serum inflammatory and oxidative stress indicators in elderly patients with viral myocarditis.Methods:98 cases from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,98 patients were divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(48 cases).The control group was treated with trimetazidine plus conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the Huangqi injection more. Results: After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory indexes, oxidative stress indexes, and myocardial injury markers in the groups were all significantly better than those before treatment, and the improvement degree in the observation group was significantly better than the control group, all P<0.05. Conclusion: The Huangqi injection plus trimetazidine can effectively improve the inflammatory response and oxidative stress response of elderly patients with viral myocarditis.
