(The Mos Item Short From 36 Health Survey,SF-36)评分,以及P物质、神经肽、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin 6,IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein,hs-CRP)及疗效差异。
Objective:To study the curative effect of TCM orthopedic manipulations plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction(独活寄生汤)on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:120 cases from January 2015 to December 2019 were included as research samples, and were divided into groups according to random number table method.60 cases in the control group were given single orthopedic manipulation, and 60 cases in the experimental group took the Duhuo Jisheng decoction more. Results:The M-JOA,VAS and SF-36 scores, substance P,neuropeptide,IL-6,and hs-CRP levels in the two groups before treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05).After treatment, the SF-36 score in the experimental group was higher than the control group,M-JOA score,VAS score, and the expressiong levels of substance P,neuropeptide,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the experimental group were lower than the control group, and the total excellent and good rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM orthopedic manipulations plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation shows a definite curative effect. It can effectively ameliorate symptoms such as low back pain, and reduce the body’s inflammation. The overall curative effect is significant.
