电针辅助治疗类风湿关节炎(肝肾阴虚型)的效果及对患者血清类风湿关节炎相关因子水平的影响

The effects of electro-acupuncture in adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(the Yin deficiency of liver-kidney syndrome)and its influences on the levels of serum RA related factors in patients

目的:探讨电针辅助治疗类风湿关节炎(肝肾阴虚型)的效果及对患者血清类风湿关节炎相关因子水平的影响。方法:选取武汉市普仁医院2018年9月-2020年2月收治的50例类风湿关节炎(肝肾阴虚型)患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机化法分为对照组(25例,予以甲氨蝶呤治疗)和观察组(25例,在对照组的基础上实施电针辅助治疗),观察两组治疗效果、血清类风湿关节炎相关因子[类风湿因子(Rheumatoid Factor,RF)、核因子激活的B细胞的κ-轻链增强(Nuclear FactorκB,NF-κB)、肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor Necrosis Factorα,TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(Interleukin 1β,IL-1β)]水平及Lysholm关节功能评分情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清类风湿关节炎相关因子水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组Lysholm关节功能评分(不稳定感、疼痛、肿胀、上楼)均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于类风湿关节炎(肝肾阴虚型)患者使用电针辅助治疗效果显著,可抑制炎症反应,增强患者关节功能。

Objective:To explore the effects of electro-acupuncture in adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis[the Yin deficiency(阴虚)of liver-kidney syndrome]and its influence on the levels of serum RA related factors in patients.Methods:50 cases from September 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(25 cases,took methylamine)and the observation group(25 cases,received methylamine plus electro-acupuncture)according to the simple randomization method.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum RA related factors,including RF,NF-κB,TNF-αand IL-1β,were all decreased in the two groups,and those indicators in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm joint function scores in the groups were all increased,and in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture shows significant effects in adjuvant treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(the Yin deficiency of liver-kidney syndrome),can inhibit inflammation,and enhance joint function of patients.
