Huang Yuanyu’s pulse diagnosis

黄玉璐(字元御)为清代著名医学家,被誉为“长沙而后,一火薪传的一代医宗”。其倾尽毕生精力研读中医古代典籍,继承与发展前人之医学理论,对后世产生了深远影响。在脉诊方面,黄元御首次将“象”思维与四时五行理论融入其中,文章从脉诊方法、脏腑脉象、病理脉象三方面阐述脉诊,以期为中医临床诊断提供依据。

Huang Yuanyu was a famous medical scientist in the Qing Dynasty,and he was hailed as a TCM master whose academic thoughts were passed down from generation to generation after Changsha Yaojie(《长沙药解》).He devoted his life to studying ancient classics of TCM medicine,inheriting and developing the medical theories of predecessors,and had a profound influence on future generations.In terms of pulse diagnosis,Huang Yuanyu first incorporated the“four phenomena”thinking and the theory of four seasons and five elements into it.This article explains pulse diagnosis from three aspects:pulse diagnosis method,visceral pulse condition,and pathological pulse condition,in order to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis of TCM medicine.
