浅析钱乙治疗泄泻的遣方用药

An analysis of Qian Yi’s prescriptions for treating diarrhea

通过对钱乙《小儿药证直诀》的学习,分析钱乙治疗小儿泄泻重视脾胃,组方严谨,用药灵活。其将泄泻分为脾胃虚寒泻、脾胃久虚泻、暑热泻、积食泻,而分别采用益黄散、白术散、玉露散、白饼子治之。现将钱乙治疗小儿泄泻的遣方和用药的内容进行总结并分析如下。

Through the study of Qian Yi's Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue(《小儿药证直诀》),this paper analyzes Qian Yi’s academic thoughts of treating diarrhea in children based on the spleen and stomach theory.The prescription is rigorous and the medication is flexible.Diarrhea was divided into spleen and stomach deficiency and cold diarrhea,spleen and stomach diarrhea for a long time,heat diarrhea,and diarrhea due to accumulation of food types,and Yihuang San(益黄散),Baizhu San(白术散),Yulu San(玉露散)and Baibingzi(白饼子)were given respectively.The contents of Qian Yi’s prescriptions and medications for infantile diarrhea are summarized and analyzed as follows.
