参附注射液联合维拉帕米治疗低血压性阵发性室上性心动过速疗效观察

Observation on treating hypotensive paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with the Shenfu injection plus verapamil

目的:探讨参附注射液联合维拉帕米治疗低血压性阵发性室上性心动过速的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年5月收治的82例低血压性阵发性室上性心动过速患者,分为观察组、对照组,观察组给予参附注射液联合维拉帕米治疗,对照组仅给予维拉帕米治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、超敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)指标水平、平均复律时间、24 h恢复窦性心律率、72 h室上速复发率、血液流变学指标、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者hs-CRP指标水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组hs-CRP指标水平显著更低(P<0.05)。观察组平均复律时间较对照组显著更短,且24 h恢复窦性心律率显著提高,72 h室上速复发率、不良反应发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血液流变学指标水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原及红细胞沉降率指标水平均显著下降,且治疗后观察组患者血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原及红细胞沉降率指标水平显著更优(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液联合维拉帕米治疗低血压性阵发性室上性心动过速可显著提高临床疗效,改善血液流变学指标,降低炎性因子水平,缩短恢复窦性心律率,促进心功能恢复,并且安全性较高,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Shenfu injection(参附注射液)plus verapamil on hypotensive paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Methods:82 patients admitted from January 2018 to May 2020 were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with the Shenfu injection plus verapamil.The control group was given only verapamil.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hs-CRP index levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The level of hs-CRP was decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The average cardioversion time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group;and the sinus rhythm recovery rate at 24 hours was significantly increased,and the recurrence rate of supraventricular tachycardia at 72 hours and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly reduced(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of hemorheological indexes between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hematocrit,fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the two groups were decreased significantly,and in the observation group after treatment were decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shenfu injection plus verapamil on hypotensive paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,hemorheological indicators,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,shorten the recovery time of sinus,and promotes the recovery of heart function,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
