桑杏止咳汤治疗儿童感染后咳嗽36例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 36 cases of cough in children after infection with the Sangxing Zhike decoction

目的:观察桑杏止咳汤治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将72例儿童感染后咳嗽患儿随机分为两组,治疗组36例给予中药桑杏止咳汤口服,对照组36例给予孟鲁司特钠口服,观察比较两组治疗后疗效、治疗前后咳嗽及相关中医症状体征积分、免疫球蛋白水平。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后咳嗽积分及相关中医症状体征积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑杏止咳汤治疗儿童感染后咳嗽疗效确切。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Sangxing Zhike decoction(桑杏止咳汤)on cough in chidren after infection.Methods:72 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the Sangxing Zhike decoction,and the control group was given montelukast sodium.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The cough score and TCM symptoms and signs scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and immunoglobulin levels in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sangxing Zhike decoction showed a better curative effect on cough in children after infection.
