玉屏风颗粒联合布地奈德混悬液治疗肺气虚型哮喘慢性持续期的临床研究

A clinical study on treating Qi-deficiency of lung type of chronic persistent asthma with the Yupingfeng granules plus budesonide suspension

目的:研究玉屏风颗粒联合布地奈德混悬液治疗肺气虚型哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用玉屏风颗粒口服联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗8周;对照组予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗8周。观察中医证候临床疗效、中医症状、化验指标、肺功能改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组;两组中医症状均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)E、嗜酸细胞活化趋化因子(Eotaxin)、尿白三烯E4(Leukotriene E4,LTE4)均有改善(P<0.05),但组间对比,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组肺功能指标第一秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in the First Second,FEV1)、第一秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量的百分率(First Second Forced Expiratory Volume Accounts for the Percentage of Forced Vital Capacity,FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰流速(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)明显优于对照组。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合布地奈德混悬液治疗哮喘慢性持续期跟布地奈德混悬液比较,疗效显著。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Yupingfeng granules(玉屏风颗粒)plus budesonide suspension on lung Qi-deficiency type of chronic persistent asthma.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with the Yupingfeng granules plus budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation for 8 weeks.The control group was given budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation for 8 weeks.Results:The efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The TCM symptoms in both groups were ameliorated(P<0.05),and in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The serum IgE,Eotaxin,and LTE4 in the two groups were ameliorated(P<0.05),and in the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The lung function indicators FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the treatment group were obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:Compared with budesonide suspension,the Yupingfeng granules plus budesonide suspension shows significant efficacy on chronic persistent asthma.
